Ok not true. Check and make sure the number you are calling is correct because it did change in certain areas

Next visit to Wal-Mart, go inside and speak to the Manager, and get their number. Also, the internet is another helpful way to get questions answered.

I myself at times could not get through

They are always to busy to answer the phone. I'd head straight in and talk to someone at the customer service desk. Or maybe try calling customer service to begin with.

I don't know why.
