Great place. Good environment. Great people here. Family friendly. All training levels are here. I also recommend it for a good attitude lifter. You will leave this place feeling better about life and yourself. Had my first kickboxing class today and I'm hooked. I'm 41 and it's so much fun.

Rugged is an amazing gym. Both of my kiddos have been going here for over a year and they love it. Coach Stelly is amazing and so good with all of the kids. Coach Pete is an amazing teacher and my son really looks up to him. They learned so much, and way beyond kick boxing and Jui Jitsu, they have learned that hard work truly does pay off and they learned the value in helping others. My daughter absolutely loves sharing skills she learned with the younger kids in class. I definitely recommend Rugged as a gym for the whole family.

I’ve been going here for the past two weeks, and I’ve loved every class! I’m a beginner and I’m learning a lot. The coaches are really effective, professional teachers, and the experienced students are super helpful and nice. It’s a great community. The pricing is really good, and I 100% think it’s worth it. They are very family friendly and military friendly! Come check them out.

Awesome, family oriented MMA (Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, BJJ) gym! All I can say is I absolutely love this place! The schedule is put together very well, making it easy to find classes that fit within your schedule. The coaches, Pete and Stelly are phenomenal instructors, and can take you from beginner to intermediate and beyond, in whatever disciplines you choose to pursue, in no time at all! And the price for this area, just can’t be beat! You pay one fee to attend as many classes as you can fit into your week! If you’re looking for a professional, family friendly gym, that can cater to all types/levels of students (whether you want to compete, or just train), then look no further! Oh! They’re also upgrading their weight/functional fitness room right now as well, so it’s an all around one-stop-shop if you’re looking to get in great shape!
