My son been here around 9 months or so, and loves it. The instructors are knowledgeable and take a kind family like approach with the kids. They're not drill sergeants and we appreciate that. Mr Charles is my personal favorite, he's funny and extremely goofy. The kids absolutely love him.

Took my 6 year old grandson into check it out. Super helpful Mr. Charles was great and so was the owner. 6 year not sure what to do and is special needs so will be a challenge. They were great with him. Can't wait to see him progress every class.

I truly believe that this is the place to go. I have been going there for a year or so and I have learned SO MUCH! Not only do you get to learn about different things in martial arts but also things to help you to be more successful in life. The staff is always ready to help you no mater what and everyone is very respectful. For me it is like one big family that get to learn together, work together, and help each other out. It is fun, challenging, safe, and a over all good place to be.

I've been attending for over a year and really enjoy it. Sifu Lenderman has a nice blend of techniques from several martial arts that he incorporates into our curriculum. He also teaches life skills which are critically important to both children and adults, particularly this day in age. All the instructors are kind and willing to help you. My favorite part is the sparring we do on Tuesdays. It is a great way to bring up your cardio and work some techniques in a more realistic way. Everyone goes easy for safety, learning, and liability's sake and many times I'd like to push it more but it's probably better this way especially against opponents of differing skills, sizes, speeds, and strengths. It's a great place to train!

Not to my knowledge.
it depends on the age of the person. there are different programs, from Little Dragons (4-5 year olds) to Little Ninjas (6-8 year olds) juniors (up to 14) then adults. with all that said, I don't actually know the exact cost. What I do know is that it is a good option for a big family that can't afford 4 to 8 different activity fees, or doesn't want to camp at the YMCA indefinitely because after the first participant the rest are reduced greatly. this way the whole family is able to particulate, learn a real life skill together and eventually, if you're able to stick it out, have an impressive bullet point on a college application or any other application for that matter.

Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Kali and some grappling arts
I will strive to achieve my personal best, to maintain a winning attitude. To use my knowledge of martial arts in a positive manner. To never be abusive or offensive, and only use my skills in self defense. To show proper respect, control and self discipline, and represent the academy at all times
