They were informative and had a good system for their inventory. The only thing i didnt like was that i was told, over there phone, my part was already pulled, but when i got there i had to go out into the yard and get it myself.

Attempted to purchase a back glass from them. Was told it was pulled and would be shipped to my local location within 3 days. 1 week later called and found out the one I was told was pulled was damaged and I would have to wait another week for them to pull and ship. After another week passed called them again and was told they where not "allowed" to pull the glass per there boss at the other location and I could come and pull one myself. Was never contacted by them during the whole process and had to reach out to them each time. Did actually refund in a timely manner though, hence atleast one star.

Rod's Japanese Auto Care

We ordered a Seat for a customer on 1/18/22 and was told we would have it by the following Friday 1/21 or Monday 1/24. I called on Tuesday and they said the seat didn't get removed from the vehicle until Thursday and did not get put on the Truck until Sunday. I called again and they told THIS Thursday or Friday. We're here Friday morning 1/28 and somehow someone forgot to put this seat on the truck. My Customer has already been without a vehicle since 1/18 and now I have no idea. All that had to happen was update and transparency and clearly they cannot do that as a business.

Had the parts I needed, didn't have to pull them myself, and they were at a better price than any place else I called!!!! I will definitely be back for any parts I may need in the future! Highly recommend this place!
