Had a poor experience my first time, but the employee seemed in a much better mood this go around, so I really wanna give them the benefit of the doubt that she was just having a bad day. Looked like she had more help, too, which is great. She offered my 4 yr old a lollipop and made small talk. I got there 10 minutes before closing and had no problems.

I am so tired of not getting my mail! There is one excuse after another. The mail carrier ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAY is so lazy. I have vital purchases and medication that I'm waiting for in the mail and if the gate isn't open 100 % or I lock the door to go to the restroom and its clearly visible we are open.... The mail carrier is too freakin lazy to get out of the truck to reach the box or they can't go up to the door to see the "I'm in the restroom sign" ....just pisses me off. Thanks a lot Bethel Post Office....YOU SUCK BIG TIME

I moved to the area in April. Because our mailbox is almost a mile from our house, we got a P.O. Box. We put in a change of address so that anything that comes to our street address through the USPS goes to our P.O. Box instead. I've never had an issue until recently when this jack knob that works in back tells me that instead of my P.O. Box or street address, that I need to utilize their street address. Now, that may be okay for some, but this post office isn't open 24/7 and I work about an hour away. Attempting to get my mail on a regular basis around their hours is a struggle, but that's definitely better than letting it sit in an unsecured box a mile away. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you put in a change of address -- shouldn't anything addressed to my street address go to the address I changed it to, i.e., my P.O. Box? Everyone else at this post office seems to have common sense other than this jack knob and, according to him, the carrier that actually delivers the mail.

Better than the Roy Post office, that's for sure! I have a PO BOX here, much out of my way because of how awful of an experience I've had with Roy. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and everyone seems to do their job with thoroughness. I do wish the mail drop outside was replaced quickly and there could be a second staff member up front in the afternoon when everyone is there to pick up packages. They do the best they can though, and that is apparent.
