Absolutely stunning location. Came with our 6 month old baby, camped overnight. Very pristine and well upkept site. Would 100% come back. Also, love that there is a limit of 20 people, really limits crowding of the springs.

Flat 4-5 mile extremely easy hike from parking lot. Accessible to hybrid bikes; don’t necessarily need a mountain bike. Do however, need all-wheel drive vehicle; preferably truck to access parking lot. Visit during Autumn holidays like Halloween and won’t have to deal with crowds as much. Hanging bear canister at every camp spot. 4 pools with different warmth temperatures. Bench to relax on inside cave of hot spring. Icy cold separate pool located just next to hot and warm pools. Highly recommended spot of retreat.

They currently do not allow dogs or pets on the property
No, but it's really cheap. You don't have to camp but its a 5 mile hike both ways. Check out their website for fees, reservation times, and road conditions.
The camp ground is part of the property and is also private.
Yes, it is private property, and explicitly clothing optional. Except for rare occasions of requested and schedualed clothing required times.
To my knowledge it has not been tested(I will inquire with the board). But with the biweekly cleaning I have not heard of a single case in the last 40 years.
Dingford creek trailhead.
Yes, walkins are currently closed. With the current pandemic situation they are reservation only. And the current 2 groups a day are in high demand and are filled quickly.
Yes, wilderness camping. Tent pads, food lines, and outhouses are provided. Hammocks are supported as well.
It is a shared open space. There is some minor separation between the upper, middle, and lower pools, but nothing to provide seclusion, aside from the dark of the cave.
Currently it costs 25$ per person to camp. It also gives you access to the property and springs till noon the next day.
It is only a 400 foot gain from Dingford trailhead to the cabin about 600 total delta, plus 300 to the springs. So a very simple 4.5 mile hike.
Yes. It's a 15 minute walk uphill to the spring. Back country camping only. Pack in pack out
Yes. The cave is quite hot inside, and there are cooler pools outside to rotate through.
The website has contact information for volunteering, a caretaker application, as well as board meeting schedule and location.
