Why doesn't anyone answer after 10pm, there is 2 if not 4 associates being paid, for their presence yet even the people on the clock don't answer the phone. No respect for the customer nor the employee that really needs to talk to their head manage

At a later hour when business is slower,the night employees main duties are working deeper in the store re stocking and cleaning duties.at times, register people have to only be up front when a customer is not using self check, the rest of the time they are working around the store as well due to the lack of customers.work has to be done.not spending your time running to the front to answer a phone that they feel is day shifts job.cut backs are everywhere, even for phone calls. Try day hours you'll have better luck.

Good point Bruce, most people don't know this information. Most times people just want the associate to look snd see if something is there and how much. Cut backs are everywhere.
