Came in to pick up an order that they said was ready. It was 4 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Store totally locked up with security gate down. And while I understand things happen not even a note saying closed today or back in 10. Call the store for some kind of update... robot says everyone's busy and hangs up.

I would give - 1 star if I could! I showed up at 1200 on a Thursday ( opening times are 1200 on said date) and the doors were locked well beyond 1200. Lights were on and I could clearly see the employee, however he did not open the door. I had politely knocked, he simply gave me a glance and eyes went back down to ignore me. After waiting until 1210 i decided to leave. Do not recommend, staff is lazy, rude and unprofessional!
