You can go to the office and they offer an incentive, I believe its $1 EBT to $1.50 or $2.00 Farmers Market coins. I believe it's the wooden nickel that they have that all vendors accept as a $1 per coin.
Some of the vendors at the market do accept EBT stamps, yes. There are vendors that don't sell food directly, so I'm not positive about those. WIC is also accepted, go to the main counter for help.
