HATC has been super helpful in my move from Thurston/Benton county. They even honored my voucher for a two bedroom and absorbed the port. MellissaO has always been helpful and kind.

Staff are super helpful! All my questions were answered and we got the paperwork figured out before I left. Friendly staff in a stressful time! Thank you so much!

Always helped me when needed. They have walk in appointments to help you with your questions.

Not so good at helping disabled people. They're also not very good at following thru with things when they say they will....

They have an other program coming up this month called EVH and keep calling to get info as well as community action
If you have an appointment it would be over the phone call your local Housing Authority and find out who is over your account and go from there God bless be safe he will
Yes, for project based. (Evergreen I&2) they are on Fern. Until the 25th or 29th can't remember. Go to their website and apply there.
Call and leave a message. (360)753-8292
I have lived in thurston County on and off for the last 12 years and they do every year or 2 open up the process and choose usually about 2500 households randomly to be put on the section 8 list. Once on the list it could take up to 3 years to get your voucher. They help ALOT of people that is why it can take so long.
Yes it is ... They can not do that
I'm not sure what you mean by "good for you" but the housing authority voucher list is closed, but if you call them they can direct you to places that might be accepting new tenants or possibly have a waiting list for you to join. It takes a while to get into a place so I would check it out asap.
Try to ask for an extension maybe? I'm sorry it's rough out there I know. I can't say for sure calling is your best bet. Good luck.
I think in March call Community Action Council at 360-438-1100 and follow prompts to find out. Different dates for different counties
I know that sidewalk help people that are low income and homeless. Like living in your car. Housing has the voucher program but not sure if it's open. You should give them a call. If you need the number let me know and I will get them
i do not have an android.
