The staff is very helpful in answering questions about items I wasn't sure where they went or if I could bring them. I will be able to bring more stuff to recycling rather than putting into a landfill.

Easy drop off of your stadard recycling (cardboard, styrofoam (no packing peanuts), bottles, mixed paper, is free to folks in Thurston County. You can also drop off e-waste but I'm not sure of the cost. The facility is convenient, well organized, and clean. The employees are quite helpful.

There is a place to drop off tvs
PLA is not accepted at Thurston County facilities for recycling at this time. It is accepted as garbage at the regular garbage rate. As opportunities for PLA recycling become available, we will update the WhereDoITakeMy.org directory.
You can, but unfortunately they won't accept it.
No
Yes, though it has to be the type you can snap in half with your hands (which tends to be more common)
No, empty paint cans should be dried and can be disposed of in trash.
I'm not sure they do large electronics recycling here. Best Buy does and I'm fairly sure it's free.
Yes, you just need to flatten them.
I believe there's a trailer just before the chemical recycling building on the left.
Last time I was there which was a couple of weeks ago they did not have the ecycle truck, so I would check the website
Take it to your local scrap metal dealer, in Lacey it would be Sutters Metals
I don't think so. Animal shelters might. They take towels and blankets.

Hi, Dale. I do not think they can be recycled. Most mattresses have to go to the landfill because no one wants (or can afford) to risk the chance of bedbugs. It's a bummer.
I don't think they offer paint. I would check with Habitat For Humanity ReStore (next to the west side Goodwill)
