Customer service is terrible. I went in to pick up a package and ended up arguing with an employee instead. I was providing with incorrect information prior to arriving. When I showed up they said that whoever told me the info was wrong and I wasn’t able to pick my package up. But rather than be sympathetic, they chose to argue with me instead so I left. Go to UPS down the street.

Took 30 minutes to send a package when I was the only one in line. The employees are doing their jobs, but won't stop their work to help customers get on their way.

Went online to check shipping cost. Went in to send package and was charged more even though the box and weight were smaller, meaning less money to ship. Fedex associate could not explain why it was more expensive.

Don't waste your time trying to ship out of this office. According to the security guard at the Daytona office, if you don't buy one of FedEx shipping boxes the manager of 2611 Coors will send you away to the Daytona location and say that office has lower standards and will accept your package, just because she wants to make a commission on selling a $60 box! The manager sent 2 people away and was super rude. I'm shocked she is a manager. I will not be using FedEx again and will be giving my business to UPS!
