Ups doesn't care about their customers. Shipped overnight package and they attempted delivery before the business opened so now we have to wait 3 more days for it to arrive. Horrible customer service and they wanted more money to pick it up. Use any other shipping company if you want your package delivered on time.

Hi katie i do have a tracking number but for some reason they couldn't deliver my package and said it would be at the distraction center and now its not and the tracking is working... already tryed online and went in yesterday. Instead of driving down there today i wanted to just call them to see if they figured out the problem. The 800 number isnt helping and its frustrating i just need an actual building 505 number...

Honestly, at this point in the matter I would just go down to personally retrieve the package. I myself have dealt with a similar it's it's situation a couple of different times, and just found it to be easier to go in person and retrieved the package. When something like this happens it is because of a computer error. Unless you're talking directly to the ITT Technical support team to remedy the issue nothing will actually get resolved. It is a computer computer error, and when it is something dealing with a computer you got to talk to the people who know computer stuff. The individuals on the phone will just keep tossing you around.
Your best bet is to call customer service maybe try calling the store if not any other UPS Store should be able to answer that question for you
