Honestly, at this point in the matter I would just go down to personally retrieve the package. I myself have dealt with a similar it's it's situation a couple of different times, and just found it to be easier to go in person and retrieved the package. When something like this happens it is because of a computer error. Unless you're talking directly to the ITT Technical support team to remedy the issue nothing will actually get resolved. It is a computer computer error, and when it is something dealing with a computer you got to talk to the people who know computer stuff. The individuals on the phone will just keep tossing you around.
I agree with the outcome. Go in person and update your information. I had a nice experience with very nice helpful people behind the counter. All problems solved.
Best thing to do is go there in person.
