They attend soon to unload my truck, very friendly staff. You have to call a phone number to be assigned the unloading door, once they unload you they call you to tell you that they have finished and you can hand over your documents so that they can be signed for receipt. When they give you a door, detach your tractor from your trailer and stand in front of the unloading doors, in the empty boxes
