I shipped two packages on the same day through this FedEx location, totaling over $2,000.00 in value. Both were packaged, taped, weighed and secured for shipping. A few days after shipping, one showed up in tracking details as "damaged" and was never returned to sender or delivered. The other one was delivered, but all the contents were removed! The contents must have been removed along the way, empty box taped up and delivered. Seriously wow! Extremely disappointed. One has to question if the contents inside of each were stolen. I won't ever use this place again. Beware!

Margo was very helpful and made sure my parcel was secure. I had such a problem with the manufacturer allowing me to return my article. Margo was my breath of relief in finally getting everything settled.

Joyful Love

I was in today for not only printing but to ship a package. Danielle was the only person there and she was just a little rockstar. (Teammate at lunch). Pretty sure she served around 10 or 15 people in the time I was there and did so effectively, efficiently and with a perfect and positive attitude. She kept going from print services to shipping and letting each of us know she’d be with us shortly. She’s amazing and the girl deserves a raise or promotion or both!!! Keep Danielle happy at all costs - she’s a treasure!

This location must have good days and bad days (judging from all the one-star reviews). I must have caught them on a good day today (5/23) because X’ena, who waited on me, was friendly and professional! I was shipping a large “QR Code” return, but their QR Code reader wouldn’t read my code. X’ena figured out a work-around, printed a label, and got the job done quickly and efficiently!
