Went to this FedEx Office site 3 times this week and won't be going back, after being out of state while Louisiana/Uptown site closed to be replaced by this one nearby on Menaul – a HUGE step down & backward from former location. Menaul site is less than half the size Louisiana was, facility cramped & relatively skimpy; yet full of snippy, inept & (judging by the droning cross-talk) Christianity-obsessed staff who WILL barge into the bathroom on you using a key, apparently too dense to realize the bathroom being locked means, duh, someone inside locked it – Then, having yanked the bathroom door open on you, you aerated on the bowl with your pants ankle high, they'll bovinely stand there holding the door open to the breeze apparently waiting for What To Do to fly in from Detroit and maybe blitz them in the head. Adding to the general skeevyness on scene is a decrepit 'security' guy who stands in a corner staring, until I stepped away from my workstation to ask a question at the desk – THEN he creeps over to my stuff and snoops. —Not sure why that guy was even employed, they sent him home at 3pm. Too bad he couldn't keep pervy staff off customers who outrageously choose to use the bathroom.

Would highly recommend printing with a retrieval code (send the documents to the FedEx print email that you can find by googling FedEx retrieval code).it's the easiest and fastest way

Rude disrespectful clerks. Please don’t use this location. No clue as to what friendly customer service is. My friend who does not speak English was trying to send a package overnight and needed me to convey the type of service he needed. The person taking his package as well as the one who answered the phone refused to speak to me even after I explained that the paying customer needed help. Don’t use this place.
