Love when they try and say tried to deliver at address but no one home have to reschedule umm it’s a business that they are open 24/7 the doors are open and someone at the front desk I mean could the driver get anymore lazy

A gentleman driver just came back because they had a part 2 to our package so greatful to the considerate driver who came by for the delivery and also carried it to our door. Thank you so much sir, so greatful for hard work and honesty, it saved alot of hassle and made our lives easier .

delivered to wrong house and we actually have ring doorbell footage that the driver drove by and never stopped at my or my neighbors house...yet UPS says it was dropped on the porch at that time...totally ridiculous... Now its going to take up to EIGHT DAYS to "INVESTIGATE" But my fiancee cant work from home without that computer that was NEVER dropped off... During these times, people rely on packages being delivered unfortunately

UPS doesn't care. They never answer. If you call, the female robot says she can't hear you when you give your tracking number. If you try to input it, you get sent back to the robot and the cycle begins again. UPS knows we have no choice when Amazon chooses UPS to deliver. Sometimes the packages get delivered and sometimes not. They don't care.

You probably would never see your packages if you did😳. Sorry to be so blunt, but the service is well below poor service. I have a feeling it is due to the UPS employees being Overworked & Under Staffed! Not sure, just an observation. But a single package is continually delayed because the driver can't get through all his stops, seems like maybe they are piling too much on him. 3rd time one package has been delayed!
¿You mean to locate where the driver is in his route? I know UPS has an app that lets you know where your package is in real time. I used it a few months ago while in Albuquerque and I wanted to be sure that I was going at my rbnb when my package arrived . Go to the website and look for it. I think it is part of a service called MyUps or something like that.
