i brought my oregon EBT card to the business window. the oregon card must be run as cash or it does not work. the man told me he could not run it as cash. yet in the past you have. why won't you run my card as cash??

Maybe rules have changed. You can always call customer service and talk with them more about that. I never knew you could use your EBT card in different states. I've always been told that it wouldn't work. Let alone when I have used my EBT card there, they never gave me cash they would always give you the tokens.
