If you go on their website you can fill out an application. So the application fee is $25. Members pay $120 per year and 7% of their gross sales on days that they sell at the market.

I am not sure on specifics, but I think someone in the Manager's office could tell you. The office is open when the market is open. Right now we are in the main season, so there will be staff at the office Thursday through Sunday, 10AM to 3PM.
