Unfortunately, you cannot enter into a contract with a minor. So, for legality reasons all medical decisions, whether paid for in full, or under a charity, or funds like the "Cinderella fund", need to be signed off by someone over 18 on your behalf. This can be a parent, aunt, grandparent, ect. They just need someone over 18 to enter into the contract.
