They have options where the adoption fee is waived, but you still have to be able to buy food and the license, a collar, etc.
On Tuesdays, cats and dogs eight years and older have their adoption fees waived. Their cats are very reasonably prices, $16 for 8+yrs and $40-80 for adults. Kittens are much more, rabbits are usually $75, and dogs are $50-180 I think depending on breed and age.
Im not sure but i think they charge. Spayed neuter and any vet care plus housing the pet.
