You can just walk in with a cat or dog during business hours. They do not take racoons & wild animals like skunks & possums, but they do loan traps for wild ferrel cats & help with who can take those wild types of animals. We had a few baby racoons once because the neighbors dog killed the mama & although it took a few weeks of us caring for them the humane society of Tacoma got us in touch w a place that weaned them back into the wild habitat they needed to live in.
