I had my rescue ( goldendoodle) for several years. He passed recently. I got him off Craigslist, but call him rescue because the 150.00 I paid turned into 2,000 at the vet. His condition was inhumane. I donate to the Tacoma humane society and have spent time there volunteering. Over the years I've seen 1 goldendoodle brought into the shelter. You will just have to go in and look for yourself. I will add that I'm happy you've chosen goldendoodle as the type of dog your personality best fits. A rescue dog knows when they've been rescued and will be forever grateful for you rescuing them. They do know.
