@joanne Mercer this is a no kill shelter unless the animal is terminally ill, deemed unadoptable for safety reasons or hurt beyond saving
You will have to go in or check online. Once given up the girl is no longer considered yours and therefore unless you are interested in adopting her they will not share information. Also, Dogs left in humane society don't always come back out the same, the constant noise and and stress that is in the building from other dogs barking and people coming in and out and being left by their owners can change a dog. (Don't mean anything bad by it, sometimes theres no choice) but yeah she may be stressed out and a bit depressed.

They have a contract with the state or governments everything they do is public records ypu have to find out who to request the information from its us I sly not the shelter. You can find forms and help om the web of they do m oy have a contract then they don't have to release anything
