You can volunteer
Oh yes, they accept volunteers and are happy for anyone wanting to do so.
I do believe some of the employees here are paid, and some are volunteers. Usually the volunteers are wearing a vest indicating so, or name tag. I know they are always accepting donations, and have a volunteer application for those interested. I am not an employee, I may be mistaken.
