I've called animal services twice about a constant barking dog in whisper ridge and apparently the next step is another resident must file a written complaint along with me. Is anyone else annoyed by these people allowing this dog to bark all day?

yes, I'm annoyed by people who get dogs just to let them bark all day. Whats more, most people seem oblivious to it. Drives me crazy.

Animal Services doesn't deal with dogs who have homes. If you live outside the City Limits then you contact the County. Animal Services at this Address is a Surrender and Claim only shelter. All Noise complaints are Civil. Call the Police.
