I'm a Vet and if I'm visiting family just over the border in Vancouver and have an emergency issue what docs would I need to be seen in the ER?

I believe if you're more than 30 miles away from the nearest VA facility, you can go to any ER/hospital, anywhere. Just present appropriate I.D and that facility will/should take of all paperwork.

Look up my healthy vet.gov & it should give you any info your after. The Seattle or American lake VA hospital should take care of anything else. NOTE. The American Lake VA does not have emergency services after hours. The Seattle hospital is your best bet anyway....
