The building manager told us that we could park next door in the alleyway - however he was wrong, our car was towed since it’s private parking next door. Cost us over $1000 to recover our car. Wish they were honest with us from the beginning!

Lazy, unresponsive management. After getting approved for the application, the management never contact me or send me a lease. I sent emails to ask them for days and never get a single respond. Apply to them if you are ok wasting $40 as the application fee.

The guy Kevin in charge of renting the units never returns his calls, his voicemail box is full so you cant leave a message. I've been trying to rent here for like a month but haven't gotten anywhere because of the lack of communication by the office. I guess this is a blessing in disguise cause I checked the area out and the parking situation is terrible. Great to live here if you dont have a car. I also feel paying a thousand dollars a month for a micro studio is excessive. For another $500 I could have a mortgage somewhere South of Seattle.

I love it here. It might be small but its a perfect little shoe box for me and my dog. Bryan the Manager is great. He goes above and beyond what is necessary. One month I was low on funds and he even took me to Safeway to buy me grocery's. The building is always clean and the people that I have met in the common areas and so sweet.
