The Maintenance here is always fast. Sometimes there's a lot going on, but the Maintenance crew cares deeply and tries to fix issues as fast as possible.

This building has a lovely old charm to it; but with that charm comes old pipes, sub-par amenities, thin walls and extremely poor security measures. I have had too many problems to count, from spending two weeks without a kitchen sink after a busted pipe left my downstairs neighbor flooded, to my car broken into from within the secured parking garage. The basement laundry room regularly leaked water from the ceiling, and the washers and dryers were extremely overpriced. I’ve had packages stolen numerous times from the building entryway, and my unit stayed above 80 degrees for almost the entire summer. I loved the beautiful antique accents, such as the real hardwood floors and beautiful glass cabinets, and this place will always hold a special place in my heart for many reasons, but ultimately the cost of living there would have to largely drop in order to make up for the numerous problems that come with living here.

Feels like one lives on the streets. Constant noise. Zero maintenance. No safety/security on the property. There is no after hours service for emergency. Charges 2300$ for the apartment which is not even a one bed room, not exactly sure why one would pay that much money

Everything from the tour to the leasing process was superb. The Manager Kevin took good care of my family and I. He made us feel like we mattered and we never felt like just a tenant to fill a vacant unit. GREAT EXPERIENCE overall!
