Building going down do to drug activity and strangers in the building. Rent going up because of changes in the area. Many changes are happening without tenants knowing why or when. Terrible place to live. You realize that, just by taking a walk through.

Surprised to this building still standing. I lived there as a very small child and I'm now 49 years old. It was not a desirable place to live at all, it was a dump. Glad to see it has very much improved over the years...Kudos!

No the building is horrible nasty rodents etc
I don't know how much for a 1 apt. cost but I'm in a studio apt paiding 751.00 with one year least just move in Nov
