I have lived at Smith & Burns for 5 years, and I love it! When it came time for my boyfriend and I to move in together I told him we had to live here, and he was more than willing because he already loved the staff here and the location! You can't beat this neighborhood with all the parks close by, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores within walking distance. Not to mention easy access to bus lines! I hardly have to drive anywhere!

I recently moved out of Smith & Burns after one year. Changing work circumstances meant that living in the city didn't make sense for me and my partner anymore. Despite that, we nearly renewed our lease simply because we loved living here! Every member of the office staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. I can't sing enough praise about what a quality of life improvement having good building management was. The building itself is well-constructed. They didn't cut corners on appliances and finishes. The walls block all but the lowest bass tones. Both our next door neighbors had dogs and we would never have known if we hadn't seen them in the halls. Also, this complex is very pet friendly! If you're looking for headache-free apartment living in a walkable, charming neighborhood, I have no trouble recommending Smith & Burns.

I love this place! The location is great and the office staff are amazing! Shout out to Claudia, Daniel, and Juan for being so wonderful! They are always prompt with their responses and treat everyone with nothing but respect. First time I've ever felt sad leaving a place because of the great office staff! Very dog friendly. I've found that most people renew their lease here, which is a perk if you have a dog that befriends the neighbors! They also have a nice rooftop with a fireplace to top it off. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Wallingford, definitely check this place out. It's next to many food options and walking distance to all the necessities.

I've lived at Smith & Burns for two years now and I'd definitely recommend it. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the rent is reasonable (for Seattle), the apartments are comfortable, and the walls are thick—I never hear my neighbors. The rooftop deck is a great place to work when it's warm out, the gym is great to have when it's too cold to run, and there's a wonderful meeting space for game nights or whatever. The location is fantastic, though if you're sensitive to sounds (like I am), getting used to the sounds in the area can take a while. But I think that's just the case in any city when you live on the main street. You're also close to everything you could need. Greenlake is nearby, QFC, and enough places to eat that you'll never get bored. I can't say enough great things about Claudia, Danny, and Juan. From the day I moved in, they've been kind, helpful, and just really go out of their way to make me feel at home. I haven't had any major issues in my apartment, but everything I have needed help with, they've all been really responsive and never made me feel like a bother. Overall, I definitely enjoy living here and would recommend it.
