I would highly recommend the Whittaker to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and cozy environment to call home in West Seattle. The building is well-kept, has top-tier amenity spaces, and management and staff greatly care about the residents and are just as professional as can possibly be. I am only moving because I am transitioning into home ownership. Otherwise I would be here another year. Also, not even having to leave the building to access Whole Foods is unmatched when it comes to convenience!!! If you are not sure where to start when looking for an apartment in West Seattle, start here! :)

While I am still deciding on where to move, I am writing this review mainly for Madison! She was so informative, kind, and enthusiastic when we took a tour at the Whittaker. She was very detailed as well with prices, videos, and floor plan details. Every question I had she was able to answer. I have been to many apartment tours and no one has been meticulous as she was. She really sold me on this apartment! If you ever want a tour, please go with Madison!

I recently moved across the country and am very excited to call The Whittaker home. I have a beautiful apartment with an incredible view, it feels like I'm on top of the world. I was a little nervous when I arrived a week ago, but there was no need to worry. Several floor plans were within my budget, and I liked all of them. Maddy walked with me to each one, explaining the pros and cons. She patiently answered all of my questions and didn't mind at all when I asked to see a unit twice. I believe that I've found the perfect spot for me and I am very happy! This has been a great experience. As mentioned in many of the other reviews, Maddy does a great job and makes everything easy. I'm really glad to have worked with her.

The Whittaker is such an amazing apartment complex!! If I could give this place more stars I would! First, the neighborhood is safe and clean! It’s also in a great location, the apartment is within walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. The apartment itself is modern and beautiful! There is also so much great amenities. The management is amazing, caring and communicative! Maddy Nichols is the best!!! She is always on top of everything and made us feel so welcomed!!!
