Selection process was easy. Approval and application process was painless. Had some minor repairs needed on move in and they were handled quickly. Staff is amazingly friendly and responsive.

Beautiful apartment building in a great location! Fairly quiet neighborhood/relatively safe area. One thing I have to call out is how friendly and attentive the maintenance team is!! They are so quick at responding to your needs and are always so helpful. The only reasoning I’m knocking down a star is because Amazon/mail people have a hard time finding the apartment and sometimes mail takes a long time to come. Leasing office is working on this!

I've lived at Eleanor for ~3 years, and love it. Our unit gets a lot of natural light, and I've always loved the aesthetic. All of the staff are amazing - helpful, patient, and friendly. Our neighbors are great and the amenities at Eleanor are some of the best! The only downsides have been the fact that our car has been broken into and the highway noise - there's no way to block it out!

The building is well kept and clean. Apartment layouts are surprisingly sane, and there is tons of pantry storage (which no other apartments seem to have). The mail/package locker system is the most secure and easiest to use of any apartment system I've ever used. The office staff is patient, and awesome. They're very reasonable about addressing anything that could possibly go wrong, and they are very understanding of simple mistakes. Repairs and maintenance staff are quick and polite. One time they even helped me jump start my car! One thing though...it would have been nice to have an ice maker in the freezer.
