No. There is no safe way to get down to the water. When i was there recently, there was a sign warning about 7 recent deaths. Take extra care when standing near edges as the wind gusts can be dangerous. You can view the falls but there isn't anything else to see except the view.

NO. The primitive paths hiking down to water is blocked and forbidden to walk due to the recent 4 deaths this year. There is nothing here except the viewpoint of the waterfall.
I didnt see one. Deathrate for falling off cliff is 4% and they have fenced off lower falls access. Check out the nearby parks
