There is a small trail, but you can park a hundred feet or so from the view point.
You can see the falls from the parking lot. You can walk around to get different views. There is a trail that you can take down to the water below
There are 3 viewpoints available. Then you can take a trail without barrier over closer to the falls. It's quite easy to get around and view the falls close to parking if needed
