This is a huge park that goes on for miles! There are biking trails, hiking, awesome swimming holes, varied terrain for families and up to intermediate type of terrain . Usually pretty busy but the trails are kept up and it's always fun to visit. There is also some frisbee golf too.

Great park with beautiful scenery and wildlife. Great place to trail ride, hike, or trail run all year, and sled, snow shoe, or XC Ski during the snowy months.

The entire park is very pretty with multiple turn offs for parking. There are bushwhacked trails that offer access to the water with predominantly rocky spaces to set-up at and enjoy the water. The water is definitely cooler than many of the lakes in the surrounding area but for the most part you are secluded here with the exception of fisherman and birds.

Even on a March day, the water was tempting when the sun was out. Beautiful views of the forest and the River from here. Riverside State Park is an extensive area with many clearly marked bike and pedestrian paths.

On leash, yes. Please remember to pick up after.
If you have a Discover Pass, it would be nice. Take a picture of the pass and save it in your phone, and you can use the pass to park in any of the trail heads, and still have a picture with you if anyone should ask.
I googled it. It didn't specify Riverside State Park. I think this is for all of them. Primitive and water trail campsites $12. Standard campsites $27-$37. Partial utility campsites $35-$45. Full utility campsites $40-$50.
Only within specified designated area ,3.1 acres 0f open ground . Get registration form (print online) fill out keep on person in field , obey code of ethics . Have fun , Doc W . Treasure hunter !
I would call first yes they have tent sites not sure how much I've never camped down there before but would like to super cool area though
Yes
No boat rentals available
Fire maintanace and replanting,
Yes in the campground only! Otherwise you will be ticking it
Yes u are but I dont know the cost. Plus u need a reservation
In our state parks, you need to be gone by gate closing time for that camp ground, enforcement is light at best, usually a park host collect fees, but that park has many rangers on duty and that gate closes at dusk. Have the discovery pass and you wont ever have a problem, but the rule is have pass or parking fee and if you dont leave park by dusk, pay camping fee... Most parks dont collect fees until following morning. So lastly, I would say just dont sweat it. Enjoy yourself and be gone by dark on your last day... if a space is reserved on the day your leaving your should be gone by 11am to give incoming campers plenty of time to set up
Yes there's tent sites. Check the web page for details
Yes, there 2 camp grounds, one at the Bowl and pitcher, and one at 9 mile falls. RV hookups , tent sites, dry camp sites . Sites are limited, so, be sure to reserve way ahead of time.
Head here for starters: https://parks.state.wa.us/573/Riverside
I believe that there are powered sites at the Bowl and Pitcher campsite as well as the 9 Mile Rec Area but you should check the WA State Parks website for details and to reserve spots.
Yes. Great river access. Be sure to have a clean hull. Very concerned about invasive species. I think they are doing boat inspections.
At the 7 mile ORV there's tons
There is an ORV park close 5 mins drive that part of Riverside state park
There's an ok beach toward the end of the road called Plese flats. There can still be currents, so be safe!
I've never seen them open
I think its $7.
Not to my knowledge... but there is a good signal from cell phones to maybe do wifi Hotspot maybe
If it's on tree, it is most likely for thinning those trees in that area.
