Straight path trail. There are some trails off of the main tarmac trail. Great for bikes and strollers. Can get hot for pups later in the summer season.

We walked between mile post 36 and 37 by the 9 mile damn. Nice views and a bridge. Well paved and maintained. Will be back.

Yes, but I would check maps, there's a couple dams to be aware of. The current isn't too strong either so I expect it to be a nice time out on the water.
