Nice little fishing/swimming hole. Must watch out though because I did find 2 fishing hooks on the sand shore line where the kids were playing at. Besides the couple fishhooks, the water got fairly deep right off the shoreline and the water current is slow so there are no worries of losing a kid down the river if you decide to cast a line or fly a drone!

This place hasn't changed from when I was a kid, and it's still a great place to put in your boat and even fish or swim. Crawdads are aplenty if that's your thing. My gripe with the place isn't the location itself but rather the state of Washington, which now has a pay to play system in place where they make you pay to park anywhere in the area. Just another money grab and one less attraction to enjoy free of cost.

We were hoping to be able to access the water a bit, but there's really not a good spot to get close to the water except the actual boat ramp. Only a couple of picnic tables, so capacity and activities are limited.

This was a GREAT place to Kayak!!!! Clean, quiet and a nice wide river to explore. Tons of fishing jumping as well as a decent camp ground to BBQ and hang out at. We paddled against the current so we could enjoy an nice slow float back to Exit point.
