Had my nephews 40 there for the weekend. The whole staff was more accommodating. Joey made sure everything was taken care of and would come by periodically to check on things. The water was so warm and refreshing. If I could give it a 10 I would, we WILL be back!!!

Nice grounds but a very neglected park. No sewer hookup or dump station. Bathrooms and shower stinky and not cleaned. RV spots are very unorganized. Many need maintenance and upkeep repairs not tended to. Poor cancellation policy. Left after 1 night and will NOT return!

It is opened to the public. They have a web site with the fees on it. It is still nice but could be better. I love it.

There is no longer a dump station on site even though it does state so on some websites if your referring to RV waste. The closest dump station would depend on which way you were coming in or leaving willow bay. Their is a helpful free app for phones called RV Dump Sites. Hope that helps.
