I believe the resort opens up when fishing season starts but I am not positive that is just my guess because that's when most of the resorts open up I hope that helps a little bit I'm sorry I don't know I don't work there I just have visited quite a bit last year

Just stayed there last weekend they are open, just go to willow bay website and the reservation online is working
