No it's not a public track? they have races etc might give them a call to find out how it all worksA
Didnt know there was a bmx track there.
I think it is open for all with the knowledge that if any thing happens it's not the parks fault
Track is only for bikers,bladders,scooter,walk
I am not 100% sure of this, but I think it is only open when they are having events. Best to check the website or call them.
