I do not believe they do. There is the P&R and employees working an overnight shift might be able to park during the night, but it is well patrolled.

Not at the park itself, but the park and ride is open all the time and I've left my car there overnight when bussing downtown before. I'm pretty sure the technical rule in the park and ride is less than 24 hours, but I've not seen it enforced.
No they do not..there is no where in everett people are not nice here. You can park at the rest area overnight .

No they do not allow over night parking in the park. But there is a park & ride right next to the park.
People park there all the time my sister in law lives across the street and has seen couples park there cars and stay all day and night no security
