Yes. There is a fence around the perimeter. Though there are a couple spots where smaller dogs can burrow under if they set their minds to it. But for the most part it seems pretty secure.

I heard they were fundraising to add a final couple gates to fully enclose the park? Has that happened? If not, is there a fundraising page I can contribute to? We really want to go to this park but our hound dog is an escape artist.
