My car was ROBBED. Clearly left unlocked because no windows were broken. Employees were not helpful and not even apologetic. How do you run a business like this?

Avoid this place, customer service is awful. Car had a scratch on it and no accountability to solve what happened, please check your car before leaving as they will not inform you of a form to fill out and service rep is a jerk and does not care. There are many hidden charges upon my estimated quote and I was very upset how careless this place was. The only reason I did not give it a 1 star was because their shuttle driver was great

Most convenient spot to park!. Convenient... they take pictures of vehicle. Can not pay ahead, only when you pick up car. Great service. They have three lots... Minutes from Airport. Call to getting to car and completing transaction 20 minutes top. Keep your ticket and your car will be waiting. THANK YOU, Master Park!

I like Master park. Use it regularly. If traveling for a week or more we stay at RedLion at Lot A which combines hotel plus MP car storage. A little pricey but worth it if everything moves quickly. Shuttle was good. Car pickup a bit slow for us as we have to catch a ferry....will use it again..
