Reservation/prepay doesn't seem to work. Paid over $80 upfront. Their kiosk wouldn't accept the QR code so we put in my phone number. Ended up getting charged twice. Called and left a message. Will update if I hear back and get this fixed

Do NOT use outdoor lot!! It is nearly unmanned. They turn away cars with prior reservations due to size, all while not mentioning limitations when you book. My midsized SUV barely made the cut. Upon check out, the gate would not work for cars in front of me with proper bar codes. No one was there to assist. Push For Assistance button seemed to take several minutes for an answer. Overall a very poor experience.

The initial experience was good but coming back to the lot was horrible. Waited almost an hour to be picked up by the shuttle mind you it was a 4 minute drive to the lot once we were pick up and part of that time was us sitting at a light. We contacted them 3 separate times in that span of time and the shuttle didn't even park to pick us up where we requested. We saw the parking garage shuttle pass 3 times before we saw the shuttle for the open lot. So we called to make sure the shuttle was still coming for us and the lady told us he was in the airport and it would be 5-8 minutes. 15 minutes later the black shuttle for the open lot finally showed up! When we told the driver we've been waiting almost an hour he goes "wow an hour" like we were lying or something. With how many other shuttles I watched pass by in that span of time I will definitely be using a different service next time! Also after we were dropped off we saw the shuttle parked under a tree in the shade so it make sense why it took so long to come to us.

AMAZING service from this team, especially our driver Gloria! She went above and beyond to make sure the energy was up and that everyone was safe! Came back from a trip with friends with plenty of luggage and immediately helped us and asked how everything went, definitely a nice quality to see when coming home! Did not have to wait so long for the shuttle and it was quick! She had a full bus load heading for the garage but help us regardless and took us to the outdoor parking, fabulous customer service!! Will 100% recommend the Wally Park outdoor self park to all my friends and family when traveling :-)

Reservation preferred particularly on weekends and holidays.. otherwise generally not an issue.
You go to the location and park. They will have your reservation on file.
I think it works out to be about $20/day without reservations. It's cheaper, if you book online, maybe more like$16/day, and cheaper if you buy the Groupon to use, like $13/day. For whatever price you see, add $4-5, including the Groupon, for various taxes and surcharges. Like the Groupon says $8/day, but you pay an extra $5/day when you're checking out. Read all fine print.
Yes. If you are dropping off a car, check if they need reservatiins beforehand, they can be full on summet Mondays and Fridays.
You can usually find it for 9.99 on groupon..but its normally 11.99 on there
There's normally a Groupon for this place that gets me a day for $10-11. I think it's normally $15 bucks.
