Pros: efficient operation, no hold ups Cons: we had a 4 night reservation ($70, awesome!) but flight was cancelled after already arriving.. so we went back grabbed our car and left, intending to come back at 4AM next day. Had a reservation so assumed no additional charge for us - if anything - giving D.Fox an extra spot for overnight which we already paid for. No biggy. The weird part was to leave, the attendant said we needed to pay ("got cash $5-10?") to let us out without an additional charge or something? I couldn't wrap my mind around why we would pay more for leaving an empty spot. I asked and got a non-answer. A line was forming so i moved on but this made no sense and felt dishonest. If i have a misunderstanding that somebody can clarify I'd be happy to revise. Otherwise great experience!

The employees are great! But the owner needs to higher more people. Not enough staff to cover the amount of people coming and going. I sometimes have to wait 30 min to even get picked up from the airport. A bus literally just passed a bunch of us. Clearly the owner needs to step up and help out and get people trained in here.

Love this place. Rates are always reasonable especially considering factors like close location to airport, reliability, and quick efficiency to get you to and from airport without hassles. Have tried others and paid by the lost and annoyance. Always kind and professional staff. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

Doug Fox parking offers plenty of parking spots in a secure lot. The entire process was smooth. I made a reservation online and prepaid for my parking. The shuttle picked me up promptly upon arrival. When I returned from my trip at 1am, I used the website to request a pickup and a shuttle arrived and picked me up within 8 minutes. All the staff I interacted with were professional and courteous.

The shuttle typically stalks you as you drive onto the lot and is at your location by the time you've parked, grabbed your bag(s) and locked your car. The driver then takes you directly to the terminal which is typically less than ten minutes away. There is no better option for parking for getting to your departing flight. That said, there are only two drop-off and pick-up points and Doug Fox puts most of their effort into getting you TO the terminal quickly. The pick-up process is, by definition, less responsive. The shuttle picks you up in the same location they drop you off, but the pick-up process is not driven by the same "on-demand" philosophy they use for getting you to your departing flight. Check their website for pricing, but they are very competitive and offer great incentives for repeat and frequent customers.
$133.31 is the best rate if you buy it online now. It jumps about $24 to guarantee a reservation, and $31 if you wait to pay day-of.
