I did my research before parking my car here. I heard horror stories from people parking their cars elsewhere such as removing parts, joy driving the cars, damaging the car etc. I ended up here because it had the best reviews. The shuttle was great departing and arriving, the experience was seamless and I recommend it to anyone. Now I know where to park my cars next time.

This is a very hassle-free service. Drop off and pick up are easy and fast and the shuttle drivers take care of luggage and get you to the airport quickly. The shuttles run constantly so you don't have to wait long when you arrive back at SeaTac. They also have good coupon specials sometimes. For an extended trip, I feel this is the safest and best place for us to park and the service is worth every penny.

Check your receipts - they frequently overcharge. My most recent experience, I was on "express pay". On the website it says express pay is $16 a day. I had a coupon for $15.99 per day. So when I called after my trip to give them my ticket number and let them know I was ready for the shuttle, I asked, to confirm, "what is your express pay rate?" They told me $16. I opted not to use my coupon, because I didn't care about a penny difference per day. They charged me $17 per day on express pay. So I called up the next day, the accounting department told me they'd be refunding me $4.44. She said "I have processed the refund while talking to you". No refund ever came. So they lied, twice. First lie was when they told me express pay was $16 per day, and then charged me $17 per day. Second lie was when they told me they issued a refund.

I first used their garage parking for a 5 day trip we came back our car wouldn’t start and the battery cables were loosened. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and try their lot b for a different 5 day trip our battery had been disconnected as well I called to ask why they were messing with my battery they stated it was dead and needed a jump. It’s a brand new AGM battery I’ve had it sitting for a month and it still started with no problem with that wait time he then told me that it must be my alternator. My alternator is fine. Needless to say we will not be using this company again as I don’t trust their employees with ANY car.

They have weekly rates. It has been 84 a week for a while now, prices do change often. MasterParking.com has the latest.
The garage can be tough. Lot B is outside so it's not a problem. I would call if you really want to park at the garage.
What everyone else is saying, covered and out of the elements. Their pick up and drop off are also "inside" so that is nice too.
You drive into the garage they park your car, give you a ticket and shuttle you to the airport. When you return you call them they pick you up at the airport. When you arrive at the garage you pay your car is waiting with the trunk open for your luggsge
I'd call them and find out because the last thing you need is added stress!
