Great place to park when you fly! The valet is really convenient, I never wait long for a shuttle (either way), and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I get a corporate discount, so not sure how the full price would compare to other options...

Amazing customer service! I was so anxious of getting to my 5am flight on time with two very big heavy luggage and the staff were super helpful. The shuttle picked me up probably 2 minutes after I dropped my car off and loaded/ off loaded all my luggage. The drive even went out of his way to grab me a cart and placed the luggage on the cart. I was able to get checked in and reach the security line in 20 mins!

When we dropped off our car we handed over our keys and were able to immediately board a shuttle for the ride to the airport. Same when we returned from our trip; we were able to board one of the several shuttles that were already at the airport. We did call ahead to the lot to tell them to have our car ready and it was waiting up front for us upon our arrival back to the lot. We will definitely leave our car here next time we fly out of Seatac.

Been using MasterPark for years. I know that our car is safe whenever we leave our car there. It is also convenient to just hop in the bus that drops you off, and picks you up, at the airport
