Unprofessional office overpriced no amenities whatsoever unsecured mailbox π« easily broken into every week area full of burglaries & methheads no security on property cameras are pointless as a lot of people already complained about still no change this place is money hungry & increase the rent year after year they donβt respect you as long they get a lease signed they happy with that not with you , unsafe bad environment , thin walls & loud neighbors on every corner , please take your hard earned money somewhere you can call home & they respect you this place has been a living hell !! & it only gets worse with time .

when i lived here 2017-2020, the management was horrible, i lives in E(i think) 308 or 7 , its been a very long time but that is by the way. the woman who lived under us would make false claims about my children jumping and making noise, and there was this one time where she called my 9 year old daughter(2019) at the time and yelled at her for "making too much noise upstairs" and whenever my daughter talked back she would tell her to shut up, and when the flase reports became too much they management started sending us $100 dollar fines EVERY MONTH ON TOP OF THE RENT ME AND MY HUSBAND PAYED O. Please i do not recommend living here especially if you have a big family o

I have been living here for about a year now. This is a great community to live if your looking for home. Carrie the assistant manager is amazing! She has helped my family so much during the this hard times with Covid! Recently we had a fire and she went above and beyond for the victims. I personaly watched her run around trying to keep everyone calm during the hard time. Bumped into her after sleepless nights trying to get all the victims settled. Never have I seen someone so dedicated to her work. Ive lived in many communities but nothing like this. Having her in the office is just great knowing you will walk in and get the help or question answered. This community would not have made it through the tough times without Carrie. There is no words to describe how great she is. I can say she is not only the office assistant manager but a Friend. Thank you Carrie! - Liz

I have been living here for the passed 8 years , and Ms. Carrie Has been the best manager who manages the apartments into a better well deserved area and has managed her role as a manager of these apartments. I have been able to see changes in the apartments that are well needed that Ms. Carrie has done in order to preserve the space we have amongst others as well and helped make peace with many other tenants and not just I. Giving this apartment a 5 star review is overall due to Carrieβs hard work and how she creates a good relationship amongst tenants and a safe environment for children. Regarding this review I am excited to see how this apartment complex advances into a much better one in the years to come with Carrieβs help. Thank you very much Carrie, and Kind regards Flory

Hi my name is Samuel I'm the Resident in apt # C - 308 I had this latter before a couple days a go and I know I pay my rent bill in full by the due date after I got off work so I had to go to the office to check what is this fee for and the secretary told me that is for late payment, my question is why would I pay the late payment fee if I drope the check on the due date after I got of work ? I'm so disappointed I realy need answer for this question. I came to speak the manager several times but the answer was she is not here, finaly today the secretary told me she is not coming for a couple weeks, and I asked her to give me the cooperate number the answer was no I don't have it. I don't understand what's going on here, remember I've been here since 2012 I never had hard time like this, this is disrespectfully pushing us.
